About PTIFA
After attending several injectable training courses in the early 2000s, Drs. Warren & Jan Roberts were concerned about the level of patient care in the industry. This concern led them on a journey to create the Pacific Training Institute for Facial Aesthetics & Therapeutics (PTIFA) – a program that offers the highest possible level of patient care available.
PTIFA provides a university-level program for practitioners who want to understand the big picture of facial injectables. To have such a deep level of knowledge and skill set that the highest levels of patient care are guaranteed. Drs. Roberts recognized that to be successful in this field, there are no shortcuts. Practitioners need to thoroughly understand the anatomy of the face and neck, have extensive hands-on clinical skills and proven injection protocols that create predictable patient results.
The quality of the program developed was such that in 2013 a Canadian regulatory college hired PTIFA to assist with the creation of a Standard of Practice for facial injectables and aesthetics. This standard is now being adopted by other regulatory boards across Canada and is the highest standard in the world.
Today with over 8000 graduates, PTIFA is the leader in both therapeutic and aesthetic applications of botulinum toxin and injectables. It is the only program that integrates all the skills you need to be successful: a deep knowledge of anatomy, unprecedented clinical hands-on training, anatomical marking techniques, practice integration and ongoing support. Since the beginning, our goal has always been the same, to offer exceptional training that gives you the confidence and skills to deliver remarkable results for your patients.
